Beyond the classical and symphonic world, Linda Broscheit has developed a strong passion for traditional, popular, and contemporary music. Her versatility as a tubist has allowed her to collaborate with a wide variety of artists and ensembles, performing across different genres including rock, salsa, Latin music, ska, funk, jazz and traditional Latin American styles.

Throughout her career in Colombia, Linda participated in numerous concerts, festivals, and recording projects, including two appearances at Rock al Parque, one of the largest and most recognized music festivals in Latin America. These experiences allowed her to share the stage with diverse artists and expand her musical language beyond the traditional concert setting.

Since 2015, Linda has been the tuba player for Colombian singer-songwriter Lucio Feuillet, performing throughout Colombia and internationally in the United States. She also recorded tuba for his third album, contributing her unique sound and musical approach to his blend of Colombian folk traditions and contemporary influences. In Colombia, she has collaborated with additional groups such as Tropical Funk System, combining Anglo influences with salsa and funk, as well as the ska band The Klaxon, along with many other popular music projects.

After relocating to the United States, Linda has continued to expand her experience in the popular music scene, performing with artists and groups including Pedro J, BMDC, El Desmadre Band, Josefe, and Banda La Chinandegana, a group dedicated to traditional Nicaraguan music. Through these collaborations, she has continued exploring different cultural traditions and musical styles while bringing her strong rhythmic foundation and melodic sensitivity to every project.

As a tuba player, Linda understands the important role of the instrument in popular and traditional music: providing a strong, expressive bass foundation while responding naturally to the style, groove, and character of each genre. Her ability to perform by ear, adapt quickly, and collaborate with musicians from diverse backgrounds makes her a versatile and reliable performer for concerts, recordings, festivals, and artistic projects.
